This is a Common Course Number.
Prerequisite: One of the following must be met: (1) DREA 0093 AND DWRI 0093; (2) English as a Second Language (ESOL) 0044 AND 0054; or (3) have met Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Reading and Writing standards AND the college Writing score prerequisite requirement. Must also have instructor approval.
Course Description: This instructional program is designed to integrate on-campus study with practical hands-on work experience in Communication. In conjunction with class seminars, the student will set specific goals and objectives in the study of Communication. This course is cross-listed as SPCH 2389. The student may register for either COMM 2389 or SPCH 2389 but may receive credit for only one of the two. (1 Lec., 5 Lab.)
