Course Description: Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) architecture, components, and functionality. Includes VOIP signaling, call control, voice dial plans, configuring voice interfaces, dial peers, and quality of service (QoS) technologies. This course is cross-listed as ITCC 2359. The student may register for either ITCC 2359 or ITCC 2459 but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)
