Advanced Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: ITCC 1408 or instructor approval.
Course Description: Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) architecture, components, and functionality. Includes VOIP signaling, call control, voice dial plans, configuring voice interfaces, dial peers, and quality of service (QoS) technologies. Licensing/Certification Agency: Cisco Corporation. This course is cross-listed as ITCC 2359. The student may register for either ITCC 2359 or ITCC 2459 but may receive credit for only one of the two. (3 Lec., 4 Lab.)
