Prerequisite: BITC 1311 and or approval of instructor.
Course Description: Presentation of theory, applications, and operation of various analytical instruments. Practice of separation and identification techniques including electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, chromatography, and centrifugation. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
