Course Description: Topics address recently identified current events, skills, knowledge, and/or attitudes and behaviors pertinent to the technology or occupation and relevant to the professional development of the student. This course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary. (3 Lec.)

Practicum (or Field Experience)-Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer
This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite: CTMT 2332, RADR 2240, CTMT 2336, CTMT 2364, and ARRT registered in radiography or registry eligible, or instructor permission.
Course Description: Practical, general workplace training supported by an individualized learning plan developed by the employer, college, and student. (15 Ext.)

Principles of Computed Tomography

Course Description: In-depth coverage of computed tomography imaging techniques. Image quality assurance and radiation protection are emphasized. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)

Computed Tomography Equipment and Methodology

Prerequisite: CTMT 2332, RADR 2240, and ARRT registered in radiography or registry eligible, or instructor permission.
Course Description: Skill development in the operation of computed tomographic equipment, focusing on routine protocols, image quality, quality assurance and radiation protection. (3 Lec.)
