Prerequisite: DREA 0093 or English as a Second Language (ESOL) 0044 or have met the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standard in reading.
Course Description: The course is an historic survey of religion in America. It covers important influences from the past and characteristics of current religious groups and movements. Emphasis is on understanding the role of religion in American life. (3 Lec.)
