Verification of Enrollment Requests
Verification of enrollment requests will be processed as outlined within the directory information section of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act). FERPA provides students the right to have some control over the disclosure of information from educational records. For more information on FERPA, please visit http://www.dcccd.edu/Emp/policy/WhatIsFERPA/Pages/default.aspx.
Verification of enrollment cannot be processed until after the 12th class day for the Fall and Spring semesters and after the 4th class day for the Summer sessions.
Richland College authorizes The National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. To request enrollment and degree verifications, students may print official enrollment verification certifications on demand via our secure student portal, www.degreeverify.org. The college also processes enrollment or degree certification requests.
Companies, Employers and Organizations may contact The National Student Clearinghouse to receive your enrollment or degree verification at:
Mail: National Student Clearinghouse
2300 Dulles Station Boulevard, Suite 300

If you attend more than one college of the DCCCD or take classes online, you will need to request an enrollment verification per each college attended or contact the Admissions/Registrar's office of your home college for more information.
