Land Surveying technicians measure and collect data on specific areas of land including information about boundaries, buildings, and features both natural and man-made. They assist land surveyors, cartographers, and photogrammetrists in collecting and processing the data necessary for implementing engineering and construction projects from start to finish. Further educational opportunities allow graduates to seek Associates and Bachelor degrees in this field.
