2023 - 2024 Catalog
Filing an Official Program of Study Audit and Choosing a Catalog Year
If you are seeking an associate degree, bachelor of applied science degree, or certificate, you should request an official audit of your program of study by completing an Official Program of Study Audit form - contact a campus Advising Center for information on where to complete this form. Official transcripts of all previously attempted college coursework must be on file at the time of your request. A degree audit will be conducted, which includes a review of all of your completed college-level courses, including transfer coursework. You will be notified by the Degree Audit Office once your official Program of Study has been processed.
If you are receiving federal financial aid, you are required to select an eligible program of study by logging onto eConnect and choosing a program from the list My Program of Study. Making a program selection for financial aid purposes is not the same as requesting an official program of study audit or applying for graduation. All students, including those receiving financial aid, are strongly encouraged to file an official degree plan.
The degree and certificate requirements within a catalog are valid for five (5) years. This means you are expected to complete your program within five (5) years as outlined in the catalog in effect at the time of your entrance to the college. You may elect to utilize a more recent catalog year in which you were enrolled, provided the degree requirements are met during that 5-year period and the requisite courses are still offered.
Degrees and certificates are listed in Dallas College Catalog. Dallas College historical catalog collections are available online.
