The Medical Front Office Assistant Certificate program is designed to develop and strengthen office skills to work in entry-level positions in a variety of health care settings. The curriculum prepares students with proficiency in medical terminology, medical office procedures, basic medical insurance and coding, computer applications, medical software applications including practice management software and an electronic health records software.
This award is for individuals:
- Who are new to a medical office setting.
- Who have successfully completed the courses in the Medical Front Office Assistant Occupational Skills Award.
