Course Title: Internship for Digital Forensics

This is a Local Need Course.
Prerequisite: Students might be required to pass a criminal background check before beginning internship.
Course Description: This course provides experience in digital forensics in either the public or private sector. Emphasis is placed on student involvement with business or government agencies dealing with digital forensic analysis or investigation. Upon completion, students should be able to successfully analyze a real-world computer forensic operation and convey the results to the client in written and verbal form. A learning plan is developed by the college and the employer. (18 Ext.)
