Transcript of Credit

The transcript of credit is a chronological listing of college credit classes attempted at Dallas College. All credit courses taken at any of the seven campuses are listed on a common transcript which can be requested from Dallas College. The transcript is official if the document is imprinted with the college seal and signature of the campus Registrar. It includes both GPA(1) and GPA(2).

Effective March 2013, lower level transfer credit from other institutions are included on the transcript.

Upon your written request or electronic request through the eConnect system, the Admissions and Student Records/Registrar's Office will send an official transcript directly to you or to any college or agency you designate. A minimum of two working days is required for processing (periods of peak registration may require extended processing time). There is no charge for official transcripts.

If you prefer coming to the campus to acquire your transcript, it will be printed upon your arrival.

Transcripts will be released only if all obligations to Dallas College have been settled.
