Student Right to Know Act Disclosures
The Student Right to Know Act and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the "Clery Act") require postsecondary institutions participating in federal student aid programs to disclose certain institution information.
In compliance with the Student Right to Know Act, Dallas College maintains and updates on an annual basis, student persistence, graduation rates, transfer rates and other relevant statistics. In compliance with the Clery Act, Dallas College campus crime statistics may be obtained from campus police/security offices.
