Student Right to Know Act Disclosures

The Student Right to Know Act and the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (the "Clery Act") require postsecondary institutions participating in federal student aid programs to disclose certain institution information.

In compliance with the Student Right to Know Act, Dallas College maintains and updates on an annual basis, student persistence, graduation rates, transfer rates and other relevant statistics. To obtain copies of these reports, go to https://www.dcccd.edu/au/fastfacts/legal/documents/righttoknow.pdf.

In compliance with the Clery Act, Dallas College campus crime statistics may be obtained from campus police/security offices. Additional information regarding Dallas College's responsibilities pursuant to the Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act of 1990 is included in the Dallas College Board Policy Manual under section GCC (REGULATION). The Board Policy Manual is hosted on an external server and will appear in a pop-up window. To return to this site, simply close the window in which the policy appears.
