The transcript of credit is a chronological listing of college credit classes attempted at any of the colleges of the DCCCD. All credit courses taken at any of the seven colleges of the district are listed on a common transcript which can be requested from any college of the DCCCD. The transcript is official if the document is imprinted with the college seal and signature of the College Registrar. It includes both GPA(1) and GPA(2).
Effective March 2013, lower level transfer credit from other institutions are included on the transcript.
Upon your written request or electronic request through the eConnect system, the Admissions/Registrar's Office will send an official transcript directly to you or to any college or agency you designate. A minimum of two working days is required for processing (periods of peak registration may require extended processing time). There is no charge for official transcripts.
If you prefer coming to the college to acquire your transcript, it will be printed upon your arrival.
Transcripts will be released only if all obligations to the colleges of the DCCCD have been settled.
