Offered at BHC, EFC, NLC Beginning American Sign Language II This is a Texas Common Course Number. This is a Core Curriculum course selected by the colleges of DCCCD. Prerequisite Required: SGNL 1301 or the equivalent or demonstrated competence approved by the instructor. Course Description: This is the second semester of academic transfer American Sign Language (ASL) and a continuation of SGNL 1301. Develops receptive and expressive ability and allows recognition and demonstration of more sophisticated grammatical features of American Sign Language (ASL).
