Cedar Valley and North Lake only

  • Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
  • Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by the college awarding the degree.

This certificate program develops the basic skills for a real estate salesperson. All six courses are required by the Texas Real Estate Commission for Licensure.

NOTE: A total of at least 16 semester credit hours RELE courses is are required to receive the Real Estate Certificate.
