This program is designed to train students to meet entry level requirements in the field of motorcycle mechanics. This will include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of foreign and domestic motorcycles. Included in this program is the study of fuel, ignition, and electrical systems, engine overhaul and tune-up, and motorcycle chassis. Throughout the entire program an emphasis is placed on the latest factory recommended techniques.
Since not all courses in this program are transferable, students enrolling in this program who may plan to transfer to a four-year institution should consult with an advisor or counselor regarding transfer requirements.
