  • Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by the college awarding the degree.

This award is designed to prepare students to maximize and capitalize on workplace diversity. Using a human relations model, students will work to analyze and enhance intercultural relationships while building effective interaction and communication skills in diverse work groups.
