Degree Plan Code: AAS.REAL.EST.BPM.01 In partnership with the Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), this program is designed to provide the student with the skills and knowledge required to perform the duties of a commercial building manager. These duties include financial forecasting and budgeting, marketing, contract negotiation, tenant retention, public relations, personnel administration, risk management, provision of building services and maintenance of the property.
