Biotechnology Laboratory Methods and Techniques

Course Description: A study of laboratory operations, management, equipment, instrumentation, quality control techniques, and safety procedures. Laboratory practice in using pH meters, mixing buffers, performing measurements, preparing solutions, and performing separatory techniques to specifications; and practice laboratory safety.
