This course consists of modules that cover topics in fiduciary responsibilities, fair lending law, ethics, and fraud detection. The course will deal with the usage and customs among members of the mortgage lending industry, involving their moral and professional duties toward one another, toward clients, toward lenders, and towards borrowers. This course can be one of several to prepare the individual to become more aware of all the aspects of the mortgage banking industry. This course will help students to develop the understanding and skills necessary to become more effective reviewers of real estate loans. This course integrates all aspects of understanding the federal regulations documentation required and the processing of real estate loans. It incorporates the understanding and importance and purpose of each and every document involved in real estate transactions. Course Description: This course is designed to provide in-depth training for all facets of risk analysis and collateral review pertaining to analyzing the risk and determining the credit grade of the sub-prime mortgage loan.
