Art Metals/Jewelry I
This is a Texas Common Course Number. This is a Core Curriculum course selected by the colleges of DCCCD.
Prerequisite: Recommended prerequisites for Art Majors, ARTS 1311, ARTS 1312, ARTS 1316, and ARTS 1317.
Course Description: This course explores the uses of metal in design, basic fabrication techniques in metal, bezel setting of stones, and simple casting. Emphasis is on original design. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
