Course Description: This course is for non-science majors and introduces the principles of physics. Emphasis is on modern developments in physics. Topics include mechanical waves and acoustics, electricity and magnetism, light and the electromagnetic spectrum, atomic and nuclear physics, and relativity. (3 Lec., 3 Lab.)
