Course Title: Materials, Methods, and Estimating

This is a WECM Course Number.
Prerequisite Required: Interior Design Major. INDS 2313 passed with a "C" or better. Student must earn a grade of "C" or better.
Course Description: A study of materials and textiles, methods of construction and installation, and estimating for interior design applications. Includes a thorough overview of textiles. The student will identify appropriate materials and textiles for specific interior design applications: calculate quantities and costs of materials; and identify quality construction, installation, and craftsmanship. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
