Course Description: Studio art course that is a theoretical and practical study of color and composition in art and design. The course consists of studio-based projects using the formal and conceptual aspects of color. The course also examines the functions of color in art from different historical and cultural perspectives. This course could be offered with a focus in a specific medium. This course may be repeated if topics and learning outcomes vary. (2 Lec., 4 Lab.)
