Course Description: This course develops intermediate social and pre-academic listening and speaking skills through situational activities. Students will express ideas and opinions in small groups and learn to understand and react appropriately. This course introduces note-taking skills and comprehension of academically oriented materials. Pronunciation and listening discrimination skills are built upon and refined. (1 Lec., 3 Lab.)
