Course Description: Matrices, vectors, determinants, linear systems of equations, Gauss-Jordan elimination, vector spaces, basis, eigenvalues, eigenvectors, numerical methods in linear algebra using MATLAB, computer arithmetic, Gaussian elimination, LU factorization, iterative solutions to linear systems, iterative methods for estimating eigenvalues, singular value decomposition, QR factorization.
