Prerequisite Required: College level ready in Reading. Course Description: Introduction to the field of Mexican-American/Chicano/a Studies from its inception to the present. Interdisciplinary survey designed to introduce students to the salient cultural, economic, educational, historical, political, and social aspects of the Mexican-American/Chicano/a experience.
