Prerequisite Required: PHYS 2425 and MATH 2414. Course Description: The second semester of calculus - based physics sequence for science, computer science, and engineering majors. Principles of electricity and magnetism, including circuits, electromagnetism, waves, sound, light, and optics are studied. Performance of basic laboratory experiments supporting theoretical physics principles and applications of electricity and magnetism, including circuits, electromagnetism, waves, sound, light, and optics.
